By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 388wi platform — including its casino games, sports betting services, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and payment facilities — you ("the Player," "you," "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as 388wi's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Pakistani users are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain accounts on 388wi:

• Persons under 18 years of age;
• Persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful;
• Current employees, directors, or agents of 388wi and their immediate family members;
• Persons who have self-excluded from 388wi under the Responsible Gaming policy.

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one 388wi account. Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name, under aliases, or via third parties, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 388wi login username and password. 388wi will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. Notify 388wi support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.4 KYC Verification. 388wi reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. 388wi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 388wi reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to player accounts instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to reflect. 388wi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit and registered to the same account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 388wi reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending verification.

4.5 Fraud Prevention. 388wi employs automated and manual fraud-detection measures. Accounts identified as engaging in fraudulent deposit or withdrawal activity will be immediately suspended and referred to relevant authorities where required.

5.1 Game Rules. Each game available on 388wi is governed by its own specific set of rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between the individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to 388wi's acceptance. 388wi reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected abuse, system errors, or odds errors.

5.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a documented technical error or system malfunction affecting game outcome, 388wi reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. 388wi shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical issues attributable to the player's own device, browser, or internet connection.

5.4 Responsible Betting. Players are encouraged to bet within their means. 388wi provides deposit limits, loss limits, and session controls accessible within the account settings. Use of these tools is strongly recommended.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 388wi are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each promotion. These Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions in addition to the specific promotional terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before they can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may be suspended and bonuses forfeited.

6.4 Promotional Changes. 388wi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be compensated for any promotions that are discontinued before they could be claimed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 388wi platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal action:

• Using the platform while under 18 years of age;
• Opening or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unintended advantage;
• Using proceeds of criminal activity to fund a 388wi account (money laundering);

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any 388wi content without express written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 388wi intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388wi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions.

10.2 388wi does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect platform availability.

10.3 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that 388wi cannot be held responsible for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform in accordance with these Terms.

388wi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or platform notification. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the 388wi platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 388wi is licensed and registered. Players are also responsible for complying with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, game outcome, transaction, or account action, players must first raise the matter with 388wi's customer support team via live chat. 388wi will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If the matter cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, players may escalate to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body in accordance with the platform's licensing requirements.

12.3 Language. These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
